Matthew brings over 20 years of experience as a Defence and Intelligence professional leading multidisciplinary teams in the public and private sectors, in Australia and in globally dispersed teams and organisations.

Matthew has represented Australia in multiple international forums where his advice and experience have been called upon to build and influence strategic understanding and agreements across domains, populations, markets and industries.

Matthew is a recognised leader and brings his depth of knowledge and extensive experience in Leadership, Intelligence, Legal practice, Risk Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Security Government, Innovation and Strategic Planning as the Founder and leader of Infosage. He delivers bespoke solutions to large-scale sophisticated clients and boutique firms and companies. His focus of curating the best-in-class experience for both clients and staff remains paramount and is demonstrated through his excellence and professionalism being called on for senior-level engagements globally.

Matthew has been recognised for his outstanding work being awarded an Outstanding Service Award for training and development. Matthew holds a Juris Doctor from the Australian National University, Grad Dip. in Legal Practice, and has completed the MBA Essentials course from London School of Economics and the Tanner James Managing Successful Programmes, among other qualifications and experience.
